Over 23 years of professional experience in large business transformation initiatives and establishing and running businesses. Extensive experience in conceptualizing and implementing international projects and system implementations in Financial Services and Manufacturing. Former Regional Head of DACH for a global IT Services firm, head of the Europe, LATAM and APAC Financial Services and Insurance Consulting practice and head of CEE nearshore delivery centers, in Poland, Romania and Czech Republic for a global IT and Consulting firm. Previously a Partner in Insurance and Financial Services in international management consulting companies.
Robert Boreczek
Over 25 years of professional experience in IT, Management Consulting, Client Management. Proven experience leading, design, development Nearshore delivery centers. Working in multicultural environment (Western Europe, CEE, Nearshore and Offshore). In depth know-how and technical experience in SAP Software Package, system developments and customization. Former Country Head, Partner, Senior Vice-President with global consulting companies and global IT Service providers.

Outstanding at understanding client business requirements and challenges and designing solutions that work to meet needs and solve issues. Industry experience includes financial services, CPG, pharmaceutical and manufacturing.
Hagen Gretzinger
More than 20 years of consulting experience for multinational clients, proven expertise in designing and delivering large, complex and international business transformation, sourcing initiatives and IT implementation programs. The focus of his work has always been the transformation of business processes for financial services and manufacturing clients, triggered by the rapid development of digital IT and operations processes. The graduate economist and Master worked as Head of Transformation for several global consulting firms.
Przemyslaw Fabisiak
Over 20 years of experience in the CEE banking industry and held senior management positions with global banking and Financial Services organizations and global consulting firms. Managing international projects in the field of enterprise architecture, core banking system implementations, identity management and IT Service Management.
Extensive experience in automation, artificial intelligence and IT consulting. Established and developed the AI and RPA Practice for Europe for a global IT Service provider.
