Engagement
You will be working with the most prestigious financial services and insurance firms who are demanding and ask for the best consulting and IT services.
Together with our teams and our clients you will work with business specialists to understand their environment and apply your expertise to develop innovative solutions that help improve operational efficiency, secure compliance with regulatory requirements and transform finance functions. You will contribute not only to the design of solutions but also to their implementation working at the intersection between business and IT.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing finance operations or business process transformation as external consultant
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance including IFRS
- Direct experience in creating business change using SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience as a Team or Project Leader
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skill
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English and German
