Engagement
You will be working with the most prestigious companies who are demanding and ask for the best consulting, IT services and automation implementations.
Together with our teams and our clients you will work with business specialists to understand their environment and apply your expertise to develop innovative solutions that help improve operational efficiency.
You will contribute not only to the design of automation and RPA solutions but also to their implementation working at the intersection between business and IT.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in development, integrating and testing and maintenance of automation technologies, RPA (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism)
- Experience in RPA scaling
- Experience with development languages (e.g. C#, Java, HTML, CSS, Paython, etc.)
- Good understanding of business processes and process re-engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation implementation projects
- Experience with SCRUM and agile project methodologies
- Good knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, attention to details, proactive attitude
- Fluency in English, German or other languages are a plus
